Why do I keep reading that eating breakfast makes you lose weight, as I started eating breakfast and I put on a stone, but when I stopped eating breakfast I lost it again. If I just have a drink for breakfast I don’t feel hungry until lunch time, and then I don’t eat so many calories in the day, but when I eat breakfast it gets my system going and I can’t stop eating.

i dont have breakfast, as i never usually have time…and i dont eat much during the day…they say if you miss breakfast your likely to eat more, but in my case its not true.
the days when I DO eat breakfast i be starving for whole day..its like i have to constantly eat…and i feel so fat at the end of the day.
